Thank you for shopping with Bramble & Hearth! We’re committed to ensuring your candle orders arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. You’ll be able to select your preferred option at checkout if available.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holiday demand.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can use this to monitor your package through the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at brambleandhearth@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist if possible.

Damaged Items: Send a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging to brambleandhearth@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
